File Retrieval for EVT Troubleshooting Review

We may need you download files and submit them to us for review to assist us with troubleshooting and diagnosing issue root cause.  Attached are instructions on how to access and download the files needed for Electrovert equipment based on the operating system you have.  

Note that we no longer support file transfer via FTP site.  We can accept emails with attachments up to 20MB.  If your files are larger than that, please contact Tech Support to receive a secure link to transfer your file to us.
