This article provides step-by-step instructions to configure a Clamp-On Flow Meter in the Aquastorm machine software and to set the flow meter display for Gallons Per Minute (GPM) or Liters Per Minute (LPM).
Configure Clamp-On Flow Meter in Machine Software
Open the machine software.
Navigate to: Configuration → Modules
Select the appropriate module tab where the flow meter is used:
Final Rinse
Wash Tank
Chemical Isolation
Chemical Wash (AS200DW)
In the Flow Meter dropdown, select Clamp On.
- Click OK to save the configuration.
Flow Meter Display Setup – Gallons Per Minute (GPM)
Enter Reset / Programming Mode
- From the rear of the machine, access the Flow Meter.
Press and hold MODE, then quickly press the UP ARROW 5 times.
Display shows
rSEt / no.Press UP to change to
yES, then press MODE..- Display shows dashed lines, followed by
Unit GorP-n.
Enter Code Configuration
Press MODE + UP + DOWN simultaneously.
Display shows
CodE / no.Press UP to select
yES. Display changes to0000 / 0000.Enter the correct code:
7129 / 1400 → Left-to-Right flow
7138 / 1400 → Right-to-Left flow
10. Use UP/DOWN to change digits and MODE to move to the next digit.
11.When all digits are changed, Press and Hold the MODE button until the display shows CodE/= = = and then when dashes disappear CodE/oK.
Analog Output and Scaling Settings
Press and hold MODE until appears.
