We have found these transducers are very accurate compared to analog gauges. They are fully temperature compensated and calibrated @ ±0.25 % of full scale. Since these devices are so accurate there is no method provided or calibration required for the pressure transducers used on the Aquastorm product line. They should be verified periodically and if they are not reading properly, they should be removed and cleaned. If this does not correct the error, then it will need to be replaced. The frequency of this verification is dependent on the process being used and how critical the accuracy of the indicating pressure is. This frequency can range from monthly to an annual basis.
