There are a few steps to replacing the SD card.

2. Load the Factory Setup from the SD card into the controller.

3. Set the controller back to Icon navigation.

4. Load the Configuration into the controller.

First power off the controller and insert and secure the SD card into the slot on the back of

the controller.

Power up the controller.

From the home screen press menu icon.

Then press Settings.

Press menu again.

Then press Offline, and Yes.

Press menu a third time.

Then press Exit.

Then press Exit application (automatic mode startup), and Yes.

When System Startup, Please Wait… is displayed, double tap just above the box in the

upper left corner.

Press Show Taskbar, then press Quit.

Press Start.

Press Programs, then Windows Explorer.

Double tap on Storage Card.

Then double tap on MCT-4 M A Factory Setup.

Press MCT ¼ DIN.

The controller will delete the controller setup, then copy the new factory setup from the SD

This process is required to make the controller and SD card setup match for proper

operation.

When a window with Repower Device is displayed, turn the power off to the controller, then

after a few seconds, turn the power back on.

When the home screen is displayed, we need to change the navigation back to icon

navigation.

Press Menu icon.

Press Device.

Press Settings.

Press Menu again.

Then press Set.

And press Navigation.

Select Icon Navigation, then press Home.

The next step is to import the configuration file into the controller.
