On initial power up, or if the memory is changed or corrupted, the control will come up with go to conf to force you to check the configuration.
Unlock code for configuration mode is 20
Unlock code for setup mode is 10
Press scroll to go to config mode.
If you want to go to config or setup from main display, press scroll and up arrow at the same time and the display will go to OPtr and SLCt. Use up or down arrow to select OPTR=Operator, SEtP=Setup, ConF-Configuration, InFo=Information
Press scroll to inter the mode selected.
After entering the unlock code, parameters will be available.
Configuration settings
InPt = JF or FC
ruL = Range upper limit. Leave as default
rLL = Range lower limit. Leave as default
OFFS = Offset, this is the calibration offset parameter.
CtrL=Hi
SPuL=Setpoint Upper Limit. Set to max temp of oven plus 10F or 5C
SPLL=Setpoint Lower Limit. Set to 32F or 0C
The rest of the parameters don’t normally matter.
Press scroll and up at the same time to back out.
Setup settings
SP=Setpoint. Set to high limit trip point
hySt=Hysteresis. Set to 1
FiLt=Filter. Set to 1 or 2
SLoc=Lock code. Leave at 10
Press scroll and up at the same time to back out.
Press up arrow to OPtr, then press scroll to exit.
