Watlow F4T Calibration Offset
F4T Calibration Offset Adjustment.
As standard the F4T has a single offset calibration setting for each input.
For this tutorial, we will adjust the Main T C offset.
Note the Loop PV value is currently 24.9 degrees C.
To access the calibration offset settings, follow the following steps.
From the home screen, press the menu icon.
Then press Settings.
Then Inputs.
Depending on the F4T configuration, there may be several different input options.
Each input has its own offset adjustment.
Scroll until you see the input that you want to adjust, then select.
From the input setup screen, you can see the input name.
Sensor Type.
TC Linearization.
Display Precision.
And if you scroll down, you can see the Calibration offset.
Filter.
And Input error settings.
You can see that the Main TC input currently has zero or no calibration offset.
For this example, we will say the 24.9 degree C PV reading is 4 degrees too high.
To adjust, touch the calibration offset value.
Enter the desired calibration offset value.
In this example we will enter -4, then enter.
Press Done to enter offsets for other inputs.
When you are finished, press the home icon.
You can see that the loop PV value was lowered by 4 degrees.
