How To Install / Upgrade Electrovert Software

It is recommended to have back ups of the System and Recipe files before starting this procedure. If you do not, here is a helpful link.  https://support.itweae.com/en/support/solutions/articles/42000113766-electrovert-software-backup-restore Close any program that is running and then follow these steps.

  • Restart Windows.
  • Allow the Machine Software to fully start. 
  • Once started, exit the Machine software and allow it to fully exit.
  • Log off the current Windows user (machine) and Logon as the Admin user.                                          
  • Password will be: "Electrovert"
  • You cannot run the Setup.exe as Administrator under the machine or standard Windows  user!!
  • Make sure the Machine Software is not running.  If it is, exit the software and allow it to fully exit.
  • Right Click on the Setup.exe file from the new or updated revision you have received and select Run.
  • Follow prompts in the Installation Wizard to install the software.
