The Aquastorm 100 DOS based, Aquastorm 200 DOS based and Aquastorm 200TZ DOS based are in Archive Status. Under this phase, field service, technical support, and spare parts support will be offered on a best effort basis. Unfortunately as the touchpad type control unit and PC became increasingly difficult to obtain, we can no longer offer them to our customers. If you need to replace either of these, we suggest searching on the web for used parts or repair the part in house.
