When you power on the Prodigy machine with the hood in the open position you will run into the door lock not locking correctly.
To Clear this error you will need to follow the below steps.
- Power down the computer
- Power down the machine
- Close hood and ensure it is shut all the way
- Power on the machine and the computer
You should now have control of the hood and the machine correctly.
