Anyone should be able to click on a ticket link provided in a response and view the history of the ticket. However, if you have already created an account on our Help Desk Support portal, there are instances where you may get an error message while trying to access a link for a ticket that is not assigned to you or be asked to sign in (which is not necessary when just viewing a ticket).
In those cases we recommend you open a secondary browser and paste the URL into that browser. This should allow you to view the ticket. Attached is a video showing this process. If you continue to have problems, the next thing you should try is to clear the cache/history from your secondary browser.
Just remember, if you are not the "owner" of a ticket you will never be able to see attachments or reply to the ticket through the Support Center.
