Snapshots are useful in helping MPM and Camalot Tech Support troubleshoot equipment issues. Please refer to the attached document for additional information on the steps you will need to take to create and submit a snapshot.
Our team may also send you a link to a form to fill out which will provide additional information to help resolve your issue quicker.
Note: We no longer support the FTP site referenced in this document. If your snapshot file is less than 20MB, it can be submitted via email to Tech Support. If it exceeds this size, contact Tech Support to provide a secure link to where you can upload your snapshot and any other large supporting files (like videos).
