Orders for standard spare parts and consumables may be cancelled before shipment or returned within 90 days of the date of shipment at Purchaser's expense with payment of a fee equal to 20% of the price of the cancelled or returned products.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within a reasonable time depending on the availability of product. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
International customers and parts for larger ovens can be requested by submitting a ticket.
