System Upgrade - Temporary Delay in Order Processing

Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that ITW EAE will be transitioning to a new software system for our business processes.
Our legacy system will be shut down on April 25, 2025 and transactions in the new system will begin on May 5, 2025.During this transition period, we will be unable to process spare part transactions. However, we have implemented a Machine Down Support Plan to assist with critical part orders. Thus, if there is a machine down issue, we will be able to manually process and ship parts to meet customer needs.
We encourage you to plan accordingly and evaluate your spare part inventories. If you need to replenish your stock, please request quotes and issue orders prior to our system shut down on April 25. Please reach out if you have any urgent needs before the transition. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated.
