New Email Addresses Introduced for Global Technical Support
As April 9th, 2021 we have made some changes to our email addresses to contact Technical Support worldwide.
For ALL technical support issues for Vitronics Soltec products, email firstname.lastname@example.org
For ALL technical support issues for Electrovert products, email email@example.com.
For ALL technical support issues for MPM products, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For ALL technical support issues for Camalot products, email email@example.com.
For ALL technical support issues for Despatch products, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
*For customers located in Asia and Europe, you may still contact your local distributor directly.
With these email changes, we are also eliminating the email@example.com (Europe), firstname.lastname@example.org (Asia) and email@example.com (Latin America) email addresses. All technical support needs from these regions should now be sent to one of the email addresses listed above based on the type of equipment the issue is related to (or your local distributor).
Outgoing emails from our technical support and service team will now come from these new email addresses. Don't worry if you forget to use these; they will still work temporarily and just be forwarded to the new email. However, we would ask that you take a brief moment to update your address book with the new emails.
WHY are we making these changes? These email changes are part of a larger strategy to create a more global service and support network and continue to improve responsiveness to our customers. You will still be working with the same teams, but with our new structure, there will be other team members that may also assist you based on urgency, experience, holidays and time zone.
